About Me

Born in Detroit, I grew up in Michigan, Kansas, Colorado and California in the 70's and 80's, and landed in Grand Rapids, Michigan for college in the late 80s. I've lived in Traverse City, Michigan with my husband, Mike, for 25 years and worn many hats in that time in addition to family archivist, including raising three now-grown children, working as a professional musician, and running our small family business for 11 years. I work out of my home but travel frequently throughout northern and west Michigan. I prefer to meet in person to pick up and deliver projects.  Most of all, I believe in supporting local small businesses, services and artists and will stay connected to that vital community with Save Your Story.
